General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the eet buzz platform and all services operated under it. When you open an account on eet buzz or use any part of the platform, you automatically agree to these Terms. Continuing to use the service means full acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms are published in Bengali and are intended for users in Bangladesh. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services on the eet buzz platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. No person under the age of 21 may create an account. If registration is completed with a false age, the account may be cancelled at any time and funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account. Opening more than one account in the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are operated from the same IP address, device or payment method, all such accounts will be closed and funds will be frozen.

2.3 Accurate Information at Registration

You must provide your correct name, date of birth, email address and mobile number at the time of registration. Providing any false or incomplete information will be considered a violation of these Terms. Changing your name after registration is limited — you must contact the support team for this.

2.4 Registration Process

• You must verify your active mobile number via OTP.
• You must choose a strong password.
• You must read and agree to these Terms to complete registration.
• You must complete your profile information after your account is activated.

Account Verification and Security

3.1 Identity Verification

eet buzz reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time, particularly before processing a withdrawal request. A copy of a National ID (NID), birth certificate or passport may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3.2 Responsibility for Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing or disclosing this information to any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the eet buzz support team immediately.

3.3 Technical Security

eet buzz secures all transactions through SSL encryption. However, ensuring the security of your own device is your responsibility. You should exercise caution when logging in from public networks or unfamiliar devices.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

The following methods can be used to deposit on eet buzz: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The same methods are used for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, additional time may be required while an account verification process is ongoing.

4.3 Important Payment Rules

• The same account used for the deposit must be used for the withdrawal.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• In the case of a failed transaction, the support team must be notified immediately.
• Any discrepancy in the account balance must be reported within 48 hours.
• Transactions via cryptocurrency are strictly prohibited.

4.4 Reasons for Withdrawal Rejection

A withdrawal request may be rejected or put on hold in the following situations: account verification is incomplete; bonus wagering requirements have not been met; suspicious activity has been identified; or multiple accounts are suspected.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members of eet buzz are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000, and ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• A bonus may only be claimed once unless the promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met.
• If the deposit is withdrawn after a bonus has been claimed, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless permitted by the promotion's terms.
• eet buzz reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer.

5.3 Weekly and Other Promotions

eet buzz's various weekly and special promotions have their own terms, such as minimum deposit amounts and wagering requirements. The minimum deposit for all promotions is ৳300. The terms of each promotion are clearly stated in its description and apply alongside the rules in this section.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of a Bet

A bet will only be considered valid when it is successfully registered in the system and a confirmation number is issued. Incomplete bets due to loss of internet connection will be determined according to eet buzz's records.

6.2 Policy on Technical Errors

If a game result is affected by a software or hardware error, that round or bet will be cancelled and the wagered amount will be refunded. eet buzz is not obligated to pay out any winnings resulting from an error.

6.3 VIP Program Terms

The eet buzz VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier, based on the net loss for the week. Achieving and retaining a VIP tier is subject to the platform's own assessment.

6.4 Special Sports Betting Rules

• If a match is cancelled after it has started due to on-field conditions, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was placed will remain in effect.
• If any single selection in a multi-bet is cancelled, it will be treated as odds of 1.00.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the eet buzz platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds if violated:

• Fraud and System Abuse: Exploiting software errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating artificial betting patterns for the purpose of meeting bonus requirements.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to clean funds from illegal sources through the platform.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts in the same person's name or in the names of family members to take advantage of bonuses.
• Third-Party Software: Using automated betting systems, bots or scripts.
• Using Another Person's Account: Placing bets or operating someone else's account.
• False Information: Providing false or forged documents during registration or the verification process.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 eet buzz Authority

eet buzz reserves the right to investigate, suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason — particularly in cases of Terms violations — without prior notice. Funds in an account may be temporarily frozen while an investigation is ongoing.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by notifying the support team. All withdrawable funds should be withdrawn before closing the account. A closed account may be reopened within a limited time.

8.3 As Part of Responsible Gaming

Limitation of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

While eet buzz aims to ensure uninterrupted service on the platform, eet buzz is not liable for temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, technical issues or third-party service disruptions.

9.2 Liability for Financial Loss

eet buzz is not liable for financial losses resulting from gaming or betting on the platform. Gaming involves potential financial risk and you should only spend what you can afford to lose. eet buzz is not responsible for any loss caused by factors outside the platform (internet connection, device issues).

9.3 Third-Party Content

Game content is provided by third-party developers. Their own terms and RTP information are not part of eet buzz's own liability. However, eet buzz works only with trusted and verified game providers.
